HOW TO SHOP ?
Shopping from us is easy!
- Select the product you would like to buy - Take note of the name and product code (e.g. PM001)
- Just hit "Buy Now" or "Chat" button, hovering on the bottom right of the screen
- Fill in the required details
- You have now placed your order and the next available Sales Rep will attend to you via the same chat window.
- Just follow what the Sales Rep instructs you to do and you're on your way to confirming your delivery.
- Once payments have been made and confirmed, you will be made aware by the Sales Rep and your order is complete.
- Your product would be delivered to you on your specific delivery day or ready for pickup from the store specified by sales rep.
- You can track the progress of your order by clicking the "Contact us" page and sending us your "Order Code" + the word "TRACK".
- You are requested to sign the receiving form and make any payments( if Cash on Delivery payment selected).
- You will then be contacted by the Sales rep to check your level of satisfaction with our service.
- Any cancellations for orders should be made a day prior to delivery day to avoid penalty fees.
how can i track my order?
You can track the progress of your order by clicking the "Contact Us" Page and send us a request with your "Order Number" and the word "TRACK". We will send you the progress level via the provided Email or phone contact. Please note that due to high tracking load request, your reply may take a while.
Returns and cancellations ?
When your products are delivered to you or when you sign your receiving form, you are requested to check your product and notify immediately if it is damaged, not working, not the right thing or is open so that it can be returned back to us immediately and we can replace with another. We might not be able to replace the product if you inform us later after signing the receiving form.

What is Cash on Delivery ?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Pacific Mall, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is FJD$500. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Fijian Dollars Accepted. All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for delivery in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
